It's time for whale watching...

It's a beautiful January day here in Fort Bragg on the Beach. Every one's out watching the whales spout around on this cool, gently breezy day. It may be Sunday but with this three day weekend there is still time to come join us at the Beachcomber on the beach.

Whale watching season is here

It is that exciting time of year here on the Mendocino Coast to keep an eye out for whales passing by. The past few days I have glanced out the Beachcomber lobby window and seen many whale spouts as they continue to pass by. The spouts are not even far out in the distance they are actually very close to shore so it is hard to miss them. It is so exciting to be able to sit here in the lobby and look out the window to see such a wonderful sight. Sometimes I feel lucky to work in such a wonderful atmosphere with such beautiful surroundings. But if you feel like taking a day or two off to come enjoy this exciting time of year with us we would be more than happy to accommodate you here at the Beachcomber Motel in Fort Bragg. We have such spectacular views you wont even have to leave your room to see the whales as they pass by right in front of The Beachcomber. Please take a look at all our beautiful and different types of rooms at www.thebeachcombermotel.com.

Killer sunset on the Mendocino Coast

Tonight was the perfect night here in Fort Bragg to enjoy the gorgeous sunset as it went down right in front of the Beachcomber. Rather sitting on your balcony, out on the bluffs, or down on the beach you can capture many fabulous pictures of the breathe taking views. Tonight would also be the perfect night to take a walk along the Ten Mile Coastal Trail that leads right in front of our property and over the Pudding Creek Trestle where you can enjoy another magnificent view. We expect the same amazing weather tomorrow so I recommend that you take a day off and come enjoy another beautiful day on the Mendocino Coast at the Beachcomber Motel. Feel free to view our website at www.thebeachcombermotel.com.

The weather is great and the time is here to see all the whales passing by right in front of the Beachcomber Motel. If you would like to take a look at our website we have lots of great things to look at www.thebeachcombermotel.com.
